Description

The client is seeking a Chief Sales Officer for the Americas to lead and expand direct selling operations across North, Central, and South America. Reporting to and partnering closely with global leadership, this executive role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with distribution partners to achieve the client’s strategic objectives in the region.

The Chief Sales Officer will design and implement comprehensive sales strategies, lead and develop a team of Sales Directors across multiple countries, and oversee the recruitment, training, and development of new sales leaders. The role will manage key distribution partner relationships, collaborate with global leadership on product launches, marketing initiatives, and business development, and guide the organization and execution of national and regional sales conventions.

In addition, the role will develop and monitor sales KPIs and provide regular performance reporting to global leadership, create and implement training programs for the sales network, and ensure alignment between customer experience, marketing, and sales initiatives. The position is expected to provide strategic input on market expansion opportunities in the Americas, and requires at least 10 years of senior sales leadership experience in direct selling, with proven success in revenue growth, multi-country sales operations, compensation plans, and network marketing or multi-level marketing business models. Fluency in English is required, and additional languages may be beneficial; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is also expected.
