The Chief Revenue Officer will build and close senior-level corporate partnerships tied to workforce development, leadership initiatives, and measurable outcomes, developing a tiered and data-driven corporate partnership portfolio across sponsorships, cause marketing, employee engagement, and community investment. The role leads the organization’s largest product-based revenue stream as both a funding source and mission delivery platform, supporting cross-functional growth in participation, community reach, and digital sales, while ensuring annual revenue growth and delivery of leadership and financial literacy outcomes. Required qualifications include 10+ years of progressive revenue leadership with experience across major gifts, corporate partnerships, earned income, or retail/product sales; proven ability to design multi-stream revenue strategies; direct sales and sales-management experience; retail or product-based revenue oversight; success building high-performing teams; strong relationship-building with donors and senior stakeholders; and data-driven reporting using scorecards and metrics. The role is expected to work within a structured management system such as an operating system or OKRs, with additional preferences for experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations and familiarity with such frameworks.
