Description

The client is seeking a VP / Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to scale the business effectively in a direct-to-consumer online environment, supporting the CEO in building future vision and strategy. This role will help expand the consumer base online and contribute to succession planning for key leadership transitions, with a strong emphasis on driving revenue growth through a robust eCommerce and DTC approach.

The CRO will oversee organizational growth and development by developing and tracking performance metrics to evaluate progress toward business goals. Responsibilities include leading and executing sales strategy across both mass retail and DTC channels, overseeing marketing initiatives that improve brand visibility and drive online sales, and managing the eCommerce strategy to maximize engagement and transactions. The role will also collaborate with product development to ensure offerings resonate with market trends and monitor financial performance to implement strategic adjustments aligned to growth targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty and demonstrated leadership experience in senior roles such as Vice President of Sales, Business Development, President, or General Manager. Familiarity with fast-paced fashion trends is advantageous, along with the ability to execute in competitive conditions and drive revenue growth across multiple channels. Requirements include an advanced degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, at least 10 years of experience in sales and revenue management (particularly in beauty and fashion), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proven ability to lead teams while aligning cross-functional stakeholders. Proficiency with digital marketing and eCommerce platforms is expected.
