the client is seeking a chief revenue officer to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy that drives brand growth and sales performance. this role focuses on building an integrated approach that combines strategic marketing initiatives with hands-on sales tactics to foster a culture of accountability and measurable results.

the chief revenue officer will be responsible for developing and deploying a luxury brand strategy designed to generate high-quality leads that convert to a minimum of 10 sales per month across the product mix. they will create and execute a marketing strategy aimed at achieving 120 sales per year within a budget expressed as a percentage of revenue, while recruiting, developing, and scaling internal marketing and sales capabilities. the role includes implementing robust sales processes to nurture leads through all stages, building KPI-driven systems to track marketing and sales performance, and maintaining sales-focused alignment between marketing activities and tangible sales outcomes.

the client will support KPI transparency by regularly communicating performance metrics and insights to the C-suite and establishing clear KPIs for both sales and marketing teams. the chief revenue officer will also build and maintain relationships with press and luxury brand ambassadors, develop long-term collaboration strategies with like-minded luxury brands, and recruit, retain, coach, and develop a high-performing team. qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (an MBA may be preferred), at least 10 years of experience in sales and marketing with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a luxury brand or custom business, and demonstrated success in luxury brand management, lead generation, and KPI-driven marketing and sales execution, including strong communication, relationship-building, and proficiency with KPI-driven software and CRM systems.
