Description

the client is a science-informed beauty skincare brand focused on innovation and growth. As it expands its professional market presence and launches a direct-to-consumer (DTC) strategy, the client seeks a hands-on Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to drive the next stage of omnichannel revenue growth across both the existing professional channel and the emerging DTC business.

The CRO will strengthen and scale the spa and skincare professional network by optimizing partnerships and sales processes, while also leading development of a high-impact DTC strategy. This includes building and executing a multi-channel revenue plan covering e-commerce, digital marketing, CRM, and direct customer engagement, with ownership of the vision, commercial infrastructure, and go-to-market execution for growth and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities include defining pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies; leading go-to-market planning for new product launches with seamless channel integration; and using data analytics and performance metrics to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition efficiency. The role calls for a seasoned revenue leader with experience scaling premium beauty, skincare, or wellness businesses across both professional and DTC channels, strong e-commerce and CRM-driven acquisition expertise, exceptional analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, and proven leadership capabilities to build and mentor cross-functional sales and marketing teams within a founder-led environment.
