the client is seeking a Chief Quality Officer (or equivalent senior leader) to drive a step-change in quality excellence across R&D and industrial operations. In this role, you will help shape and elevate quality standards for next-generation copper-based materials used in advanced electronic applications, in a high-performance environment where innovation and performance demands are accelerating.
Your responsibilities will include defining and executing a global quality strategy across complex, high-performance products; building and optimizing an R&D quality management system with traceability and standardization; and leading quality across the full product lifecycle from innovation and validation through industrialization and mass production. You will also establish proactive quality risk management frameworks, drive root cause analysis and corrective actions, and support zero-defect initiatives, while fostering a strong cross-functional quality culture across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.
You will be expected to bring 10+ years of quality leadership experience in areas such as copper, PCB, or advanced electronic materials, along with exposure to critical reliability requirements typical of high-performance applications. You should have a solid command of relevant international quality standards (such as ISO and automotive/quality planning and analysis methods), demonstrate experience operating across R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain, and show proven leadership capability to structure and transform organizations with an analytical, hands-on, results-driven approach.
