The Senior Vice President and Chief Quality Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve quality, safety, and patient experience within our client's health system. This executive will work closely with clinical leaders, physicians, and staff to drive continuous improvement and ensure the delivery of high-quality care to patients. The CQO will also oversee the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives, performance metrics, and best practices to enhance clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in quality and patient safety leadership within a complex healthcare environment. They will possess strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve organizational goals.
