Description

The client is seeking a Chief Product Strategist to lead the evolution of an advanced cross-chain wallet and DeFi ecosystem. In this role, you will define and drive the product roadmap for a wallet/DEX/bridge application that enables direct peer-to-peer trading across many blockchains, without intermediaries, wrapped tokens, or compromised security. You will partner with a remote engineering team to shape how users interact with a multi-chain, borderless financial experience.

You will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across wallet and DeFi products, including conducting market, user, and competitor research to identify feature opportunities and pain points. Responsibilities include translating vision into product specifications, user stories, and success metrics; collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver strong user experiences; running agile processes with a globally distributed team; and monitoring product performance across measures such as user growth, retention, transaction success, and NPS. You will also balance a decentralization-first approach with evolving regulatory requirements and track competitive trends and emerging technologies in wallets, DEXs, and cross-chain infrastructure.

Required qualifications include 5+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years focused on crypto or blockchain products; demonstrated success building and scaling consumer-facing crypto applications; deep knowledge of blockchain architectures, smart contracts, non-custodial systems, and DeFi mechanics; and strong understanding of atomic swaps, HTLCs, cross-chain standards, and decentralized architecture. You should also bring proven leadership in remote-first environments, an analytical and data-driven mindset with excellent communication skills, and a technical or related degree or equivalent hands-on experience. Preferred qualifications may include experience with DEXs, multi-coin wallets, cross-chain protocols, or atomic swap technology, familiarity with regulatory frameworks, open-source or community-driven experience, UX/UI intuition, and an MBA or advanced technical degree.
