Description

the client is a mid-sized technology firm focused on enterprise software solutions, delivering scalable and customizable digital platforms that modernize business operations. you will own product strategy and the product roadmap end-to-end, partnering closely with the CEO to define and execute the product vision. you will identify and drive opportunities where AI and machine learning can transform the platform across multiple capabilities, including chat assistance, quality assurance, audience segmentation, performance analytics, automation building, onboarding, and support.

you will lead, mentor, and scale the product team, setting expectations for strong product craftsmanship, effective discovery practices, and high-quality execution. you will maintain continuous direct engagement with clients, treating collaborative partners as design partners through regular, hands-on conversations informed by data-driven insights. you will work closely with engineering to deliver AI-powered features that reliably perform in production, with a strong emphasis on quality, latency, and sustainable unit economics.

the successful applicant will have 7+ years of product experience, including meaningful time in senior or lead roles within a B2B SaaS environment. you will have a demonstrated track record shipping LLM-powered features used by real customers, and you should be able to discuss prompt design, evaluation practices, model selection, and latency tradeoffs, as well as how to bridge the gap between prototypes and production-grade outcomes. experience at an AI-native or AI-transitioning SaaS company is expected, along with strategic and hands-on leadership and strong client-facing energy.
