Valley Childrens Healthcare is looking for a Senior Vice President & Chief Physician Executive (CPE) who is collaborative, relational, and compassionate. The CPE will report to the President and Chief Administrative Officer and will be responsible for leading a nationally distinguished clinical enterprise to provide the highest levels of pediatric care in the region. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in healthcare management. They will work closely with other executives to develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve patient care and outcomes. The CPE will also oversee the recruitment and retention of top medical talent, as well as ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in pediatric care.
