The Chief Philanthropy Officer will report to the President and CEO and will work with the leadership team and relevant board and staff partners to develop asset development and philanthropic strategies. The role will build and maintain strong relationships with constituents and professional advisors, promote the client to new audiences and prospects, and help expand the depth and breadth of private, individual, and institutional support. The Chief Philanthropy Officer will also support internal alignment and understanding across donor services, the endowment, and the overall impact of the Philanthropic Services team.

The Chief Philanthropy Officer will supervise, inspire, and develop an engaged Philanthropic Services team of fifteen, partnering with the team to plan and execute fund development, donor engagement, and stewardship.
