The Chief People Officer will report to the Deputy Chief Executive, People and Operations, and will be responsible for leading our client's People Division to shape and deliver the organization's people strategy. This role is crucial in ensuring that the organization has the necessary capabilities to achieve its objectives in a complex global environment. The CPO will engage with and support the entire organization's workforce, from those working on key priorities to those in specialist and corporate functions.Success in this role will require the ability to engage and influence across all parts of the organization, building shared understanding and alignment around workforce needs and organizational priorities. The CPO will lead a team that provides expert advice on people strategy, policies, and processes that comply with relevant legislation and the requirements of a worldwide network. The role includes accountability for workforce planning, leadership development, performance and talent management, HR services, and culture transformation initiatives, with a focus on creating pragmatic, flexible, and user-friendly solutions for staff globally while ensuring compliance with HR policies and audit requirements.
