As the Chief People Officer (CPO), you will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, reporting directly to the CEO. Your role will involve shaping and driving the people agenda across our client, providing expert advice on organizational performance, culture, leadership, staff engagement, capability development, and organizational change initiatives. You will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, from attraction and selection to development, retention, and departures, ensuring that our client's workforce capability needs are met and sustained.In this strategic and hands-on leadership position, you will lead the design and delivery of contemporary people strategies, policies, and programs to foster a culture of trust, collaboration, accountability, and ownership within our client. Your role will involve providing stewardship on all aspects of organizational performance and culture, working closely with the Executive Leadership Team to drive the people agenda forward.
