The Chief People and Transformation Officer (CPTO) will be responsible for leading a unified people strategy and driving a multi-year organizational transformation. This role will involve integrating three cultures, implementing sustainable new ways of working, and fostering collaboration while supporting scientific excellence. The CPTO will lead the design and execution of a transformation strategy, including post-merger integration, operating model alignment, and cultural unification. They will guide the organization through a complex program of change that spans integration of people, systems, science platforms, and infrastructure.Additionally, the CPTO will shape and deliver a people strategy that supports organizational effectiveness, scientific impact, and a high-performance, inclusive culture. They will oversee HR operations, workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational design to ensure robust systems and compliance. The CPTO will inspire and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, equity, and continuous improvement. They will also build influential relationships with internal stakeholders, unions, and sector partners to drive the organization's success.
