DPV Health is seeking a Chief People & Culture Officer (CPCO) to lead their People & Culture team and drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, leadership capability, and workforce strategy. Reporting to the CEO, the CPCO will play a key role in shaping the organization's next strategic planning cycle and building on existing foundations to drive continuous improvement in areas such as workforce engagement, industrial relations, and leadership development. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to support leaders through growth and change while focusing on key areas such as retention, organizational development, and emergency management.The CPCO will be responsible for leading a team of seven experienced professionals and will be a critical member of the C-Suite, working closely with senior leadership to ensure that people, culture, and leadership capability are aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
