Vestcor is looking for a Chief Pension & Benefits Officer (CPBO) to oversee the administration of pension and employee benefit programs for public-sector clients in New Brunswick. Reporting to the President & CEO, the CPBO will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for the strategic direction and operational performance of Vestcor's Pensions & Benefits division. This role offers a significant leadership opportunity for an experienced executive to shape the future of Vestcor's administration platform and service model by overseeing end-to-end service delivery, modernization initiatives, and ensuring member-focused outcomes.The CPBO will be responsible for advancing modernization initiatives such as administration system evolution, process optimization, automation, and enhanced data and reporting capabilities. They must be able to balance operational excellence with change management, maintaining service continuity and stakeholder confidence during periods of transformation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pension and benefits administration, with the ability to lead a team and drive strategic initiatives to improve service delivery and operational performance.
