The client operates as a national organization focused on organizing communities, providing a political home for young people, advocating for meaningful policy change, and shifting culture in states where challenges and opportunities are greatest.
In this role, the COO will lead member recruitment, community mobilization, campus organizing, and voter engagement programs, building a powerful national network of youth activists engaged in policy advocacy, culture change, civic participation, and campus campaigns. The COO is expected to be experienced in base building, membership engagement, voter engagement campaigns, and scaling up programmatic operations to respond to timely opportunities.
