The client is seeking an experienced Chief Operations and Strategy Officer (COSO) to lead organizational operational strategy and execution. The COSO will be responsible for ensuring a well-understood and widely communicated strategy supports scaling, and will help drive change in early childhood education by aligning operational execution with the client’s mission and strategic goals.
Reporting to the CEO, the COSO will drive efficiency, scalability, and performance measurement across all departments. This role will facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring operational planning and execution support clear objectives, outcomes tracking, and continuous improvement.
The COSO will lead key operational functions, including Nutrition Services, Facilities, Administrative Services, and Enrollment. The ideal candidate is a transformational leader with proven expertise implementing strategic frameworks for defining and tracking objectives and outcomes, and will support operational alignment across departments to strengthen the client’s impact on children and families.
