The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will work closely with the CEO to ensure that our client's various departments are working together effectively to achieve the organization's strategic goals. This includes overseeing fund development, marketing, events, facilities, the Chinatown Storytelling Centre, economic development, and retail operations. The COO will lead a team of Directors and Managers in developing operational plans, budgets, and performance metrics to drive success across all areas of the organization.The ideal candidate for this role will have strong leadership skills and experience in managing multiple functional areas within a non-profit organization. They will be able to effectively translate strategic goals into actionable plans and drive performance outcomes. The COO will play a key role in bringing cohesion and rigour to our client's operations, ensuring that the organization is able to effectively deliver on its mission and make a positive impact in the community.
