The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for overseeing and expanding all operational aspects of the company as it enters a new phase of growth. This includes developing systems, processes, and leadership strategies to support sustained growth towards a revenue goal of $100 million and beyond, while maintaining high standards of customer service, quality, and company culture. The COO will lead a team of over 180 employees across various departments, including manufacturing, supply chain, quality control, ERP systems, and facilities.As a key member of the executive leadership team, the COO will be heavily involved in translating strategic goals into actionable plans, implementing lean manufacturing principles, streamlining operational systems, and improving overall performance metrics such as margin, throughput, and on-time delivery. The role will also involve preparing the organization for future financing and partnerships by establishing operational credibility and discipline. The ideal candidate for this position will be hands-on, execution-oriented, and able to drive operational excellence while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
