The client is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to ensure flawless execution across its low-volume, highly customized manufacturing operations. This role will oversee production planning, inventory management, production management, office and building management, and human resources, helping to integrate HR through product delivery while ensuring operations align with the organization’s standards and strategic goals.

They should bring strategic leadership and corporate management experience, including financial planning and process improvement, forecasting, and budgeting, and be skilled in ERP systems (with experience using Netsuite or an equivalent). Relevant qualifications include strong knowledge of manufacturing risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements, expertise in core accounting and financial planning concepts, and a bachelor’s degree in business or manufacturing, with an MBA strongly preferred; at least 10 years of management experience is expected.
