Description

We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to serve as a key operational partner to the CEO and provide end-to-end operational leadership. This C-suite role is responsible for building and scaling the company’s operational infrastructure, including supply chain, manufacturing, fulfillment, and logistics, to support rapid growth. The COO will help transform operations from an approximately $60M business into a $120M+ organization by ensuring systems, processes, and teams are built to scale.

The COO will own and optimize the full supply chain from raw materials through customer delivery, including sourcing, contract manufacturing, production planning, and vendor management. Responsibilities also include driving cost savings, margin expansion, and supply chain resilience through redundancy and risk mitigation across global suppliers. The role extends to overseeing warehouse operations, fulfillment strategy, and logistics performance; managing 3PL relationships and build-versus-outsource decisions; improving shipping strategy and freight costs; and supporting reverse logistics.

Additionally, the COO will design and implement scalable operational systems and infrastructure, establish SOPs and operating cadences, and build KPI dashboards and operational reporting frameworks to drive continuous improvement and efficiency. Partnering across product, marketing, and finance, the COO will translate growth targets into operational plans, support financial discipline, and develop hiring plans and organizational structure to enable scale. Success is expected to include improved cost per order, fulfillment accuracy, and on-time shipping, as well as scalable operations that support at least 2x revenue growth without proportional cost increases, alongside strong inventory turnover and gross margins; the ideal candidate brings 12–20+ years of progressive operations leadership, deep expertise in supply chain/manufacturing/fulfillment, executive-level experience, and a data-driven, hands-on leadership style.
