the client is an early-stage, venture-backed startup pioneering a new category at the intersection of AI and Web3. With an upcoming mainnet launch, the client is building a radically decentralized, next-generation layer one blockchain powered by a proof-of-archival storage (PoAS) consensus mechanism. The role of COO is a central leadership position within the Labs, working closely with the CEO as part of the executive team and playing a key part in guiding the organization through major network and commercialization milestones.
As COO, you will drive the company’s upcoming Token Generation Event (TGE) by spearheading event planning and execution, coordinating across marketing, legal, and financial functions to ensure alignment with regulatory expectations and market needs. You will also advance operational excellence by enhancing systems, processes, and policies to support the mission and the demands of an early-stage organization approaching network launch. In addition, you will help scale growth strategies and ensure flawless execution of operational plans during critical periods, including TGE preparation and broader growth initiatives.
You will build and nurture strategic partnerships to support broad adoption of the technology and advance the client’s market presence in support of TGE goals. Leadership responsibilities include cultivating a culture of high performance and accountability, ensuring the leadership team and broader organization are positioned for success during key product and organizational moments. The role also involves representing the client at industry events and media interactions while advocating for the client’s approach to integrating AI with Web3. Qualifications include 5+ years of management-level experience in the Web3 space, experience leading or participating in a TGE, a proven record of scaling operations and driving organizational growth in fast-paced environments, strong understanding of blockchain, AI, and digital identity, and demonstrated strategic thinking, decision-making, communication, and adaptability.
