The client is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to strengthen organisational delivery at a pivotal point in its development. Working closely with the Chief Executive, Board and Leadership Team, the COO will translate strategy into coordinated action, lead organisational change, and provide strategic leadership to the organization’s core corporate functions. This is a broad leadership and transformation role for an accomplished executive who can apply strategic judgment, build collaborative influence, and maintain disciplined delivery in a complex, highly visible environment.
The COO will be responsible for aligning operational execution with the organization’s strategic priorities and ensuring effective delivery across corporate functions. In this role, you will support organizational change efforts, help drive improvements in how the organization plans and executes, and partner with senior leadership to maintain coherence between board-level direction and day-to-day operational outcomes.
Qualified candidates should be experienced executives able to lead transformation and guide complex organizational initiatives with strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities. The role is expected to require the ability to work effectively with senior governance and leadership groups, communicate with clarity, and deliver results through others while navigating evolving organizational needs.
