The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our client's operations, including finance, estates, operations, commercial activity, governance, cyber security, and organizational resilience. They will work closely with the Headmaster and Governors to shape and deliver the school's strategic, financial, and operational objectives. Leading a team of approximately 120 colleagues, the COO will play a key role in ensuring the school remains financially sustainable, operationally excellent, and well-positioned for future growth.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic leadership and operational management, with experience in overseeing diverse professional services divisions. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. The COO will need to demonstrate a track record of driving financial sustainability and operational excellence in a complex organization, as well as the ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
