The Chief Operating Officer will play a key role in overseeing the operational infrastructure of our client, working closely with the Director and other members of the Executive Leadership Team. They will be responsible for leading transformational initiatives, technology projects, and estate programs to enhance the Gallery's capabilities and culture. The COO will also be instrumental in developing and implementing a digital and audience strategy to engage with visitors in innovative ways, both on-site and online.The successful candidate will have a proven track record in strategic leadership and operational management, with experience in driving organizational change and implementing technology solutions. They will possess strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The COO will be a visionary leader who can inspire and motivate teams to achieve the Gallery's goals and objectives, while also contributing to its long-term success and sustainability.
