The client is seeking an exceptional Chief Operating Officer to join its Board. This pivotal leadership role will drive operational performance and service delivery during a critical period of improvement and change, supporting the delivery of an Integrated Improvement Plan while strengthening quality, performance, governance, and culture in response to significant operational challenges.
As Chief Operating Officer, you will provide visible, values-driven leadership across day-to-day operations and help bring pace, clarity, and compassion to the organisation’s operational activities. You will oversee the organisational performance assurance and reporting framework, and act as the lead executive for delivering performance standards in partnership with executive colleagues and system partners.
The client is looking for an accomplished operational leader with a proven track record at or close to board level, experienced in leading complex change and delivering sustained performance improvement.
