The client is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead end-to-end operations as a senior enterprise leader and a core member of the Executive Leadership Team. The COO partners closely with the CEO and senior leaders to support spiritual leadership, shape strategy, drive growth, and steward resources wisely, with a focus on translating mission objectives into operational priorities and measurable initiatives.
The COO will oversee an integrated operational portfolio spanning Finance, Property Management, Social Enterprise, Warehouse, Facilities, and Food Services. Responsibilities include driving operational excellence and scalable growth; advancing internal and external partnerships; and supporting service expansion across the organization’s operational areas, while ensuring consistent standards, accountability, and a culture of measured excellence.
The role also includes developing and implementing annual operating plans, financial budgets, and performance targets aligned with enterprise-wide objectives, and serving as a strategic advisor to the CEO and leadership team on operational alignment. The COO will oversee financial performance and operational budgets, collaborate to improve profitability and cost efficiency, identify and mitigate operational, contractual, and market risks, and ensure governance and compliance, along with providing spiritual leadership that supports alignment with the organization’s mission, vision, and core values.
