Neuroscience Research Australia (NeuRA) is looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join their Senior Executive team and help deliver their ambitious five-year research strategy, NeuRA Forward 2025-2030. Reporting directly to the CEO/Institute Director, the COO will provide strategic and operational leadership for an Institute that is on a strong growth and impact trajectory. Working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, the COO will help ensure the successful implementation of strategy and facilitate research translation and impact.The COO will be responsible for leading all Professional Services teams, including Finance, People & Culture, Fundraising, Communications, IT, and Facilities, to ensure operational excellence and value creation to support NeuRA's research activities. This role requires a visionary leader who can partner with the CEO/Institute Director to drive the organization forward and make a meaningful impact in the field of neuroscience research. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of NeuRA and helping to achieve their strategic goals over the next five years.
