Our client Barker College is looking for a Chief Operating Officer to lead strategic transformation and provide visionary leadership within the School. The COO will work closely with the Head of Barker College, the Council, and the School Executive to advance the School's vision and long-term objectives. Reporting to the Head of Barker College, the COO will be responsible for developing and sustaining initiatives that achieve best practices in business management within an educational context, managing a property development program, and identifying opportunities for the School's advancement.The ideal candidate will have experience in strategic leadership and a proven track record of driving transformation within an educational setting. They will be responsible for enabling the School's strategic direction and ensuring the implementation of initiatives that support the School's long-term objectives. The COO will play a key role in advancing the School's vision and identifying opportunities for growth and development.
