As the COO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a scalable European operation, working closely with the CCO and founder to drive growth and achieve company results. Your main focus will be on European operations and scalability, technology development, operational quality and risk management, leadership and organizational development, international cooperation, and translating strategic ambitions into concrete initiatives. You will lead your own organization and ensure that international partners, processes, and technology work together effectively to support the company's growth.In this role, you will be tasked with guiding the further development of PowerQ Connect and leveraging automation and AI to drive operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for managing and developing professionals, strengthening ownership, and creating structure and focus in a growing organization.
