The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will report directly to the CEO and oversee a large team of over 330 indirect reports. The main responsibilities of the COO will include ensuring the successful performance of our client's operations, maintaining high-quality care delivery to elderly participants, and ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Additionally, the COO will also be responsible for the HCBA waiver program and will work closely with the CEO and other executive leaders to implement strategic plans that support the organization's mission and sustainability.The COO will prioritize mentoring, coaching, and team development to ensure the growth and success of the organization. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to collaborate with other executives, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care to elderly participants. The COO will play a crucial role in driving the organization forward and ensuring that all operations run smoothly and effectively.
