Key responsibilities include leading multisite operations to ensure efficient production, overseeing daily operations through close collaboration with plant production managers, and optimizing resource utilization across departments. The COO will lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency, ensure compliance with quality standards and industry best practices, and manage budgets, financial planning, and operational performance metrics. The role also involves fostering a culture of accountability and innovation and ensuring adherence to regulations and company policies.
The successful candidate will typically have a solid educational foundation in engineering, management, or a related discipline, along with proven hands-on expertise managing the assembly of complex systems in environments such as skid manufacturing or automotive assembly.
