Lauriston Girls School is looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join their team. The COO will be a key member of the Principals Executive Team, providing leadership across the Schools operational portfolios including finance, infrastructure, risk and compliance. Reporting to the Principal, the COO will lead and coordinate key operational functions across the School, working collaboratively with academic and pastoral leaders to support teaching and learning. The COO will also provide high?quality advice, analysis and reporting to support effective governance and decision?making.The COO will have the opportunity to refresh structures, redesign processes, and enhance accountability and ownership across corporate services. This role is crucial in supporting sustainable growth, strengthening service delivery, and improving the overall experience of students, staff, and families at Lauriston Girls School. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, people?centred, and systems?focused leader who can align resources with the school's strategic direction and purpose.
