The Chief Operating Officer (COO) at our client will be responsible for overseeing the transformation of the organization into the National Institute of Youth Mental Health. Working closely with the Executive Director, the COO will lead a unified approach across all portfolios including research, clinical, translation, digital, global, and enabling functions. The COO will play a central role in safeguarding quality and fostering innovation in youth-centred care and research translation nationally and globally.The COO will support strategic alignment and operational excellence, ensuring a cohesive and high-performing team. This newly created role will be instrumental in driving our client's mission to transform youth mental health care, research, and advocacy.
