St Margarets Berwick Grammar is looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join their team and play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and supporting the schools mission. Reporting directly to the Principal, the COO will oversee a wide range of areas including Finance, Administration, Risk, Facilities, IT, HR, Enrolments, Events, Alumni, Facility Hire, and Business Development opportunities. The successful candidate will also serve as Company Secretary and ensure effective stewardship of resources across the schools multi-campus environment.The COO will be instrumental in supporting the schools growth ambitions, including expanding enrolments and delivering major capital works. Expertise in fundraising, managing building programs, and leading complex operational functions will be essential for this role. The ideal candidate will be an accomplished and strategic leader who can drive operational excellence and support the schools mission of academic achievement, character development, and community engagement as it approaches its centenary.
