The COO will oversee the operational performance of all entities, ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety regulations, managing facilities, and supervising the student experience from enrollment to alumni status. This role includes executive ownership of the Student Management System, and the COO will collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team to translate strategies into reliable operations across multiple campuses. Essential travel to various locations such as Perth, Brisbane, and overseas campuses is required for this position. The selected candidate will need to hold a bachelor's degree in a related field, with postgraduate qualifications viewed favorably.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in senior operational leadership within a complex, multi-site organization, preferably in a regulated education setting, or a hospitality environment focusing on customer experience. They must demonstrate expertise in facilities management, student services, and operational systems, along with strong leadership skills managing geographically dispersed teams.
