As a key member of the Leadership Team, the COO will work closely with other executives to drive the organization's success and growth.The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in operational leadership, with experience in managing multiple communities or facilities. They will possess excellent strategic planning and execution skills, as well as the ability to drive operational excellence and performance improvement.
