The Chief Operating Officer will report directly to the President of our client and will be responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for the multi-specialty practice. This individual will collaborate closely with physicians and the operational team to develop and implement strategies that drive practice growth, enhance patient access, and improve the overall patient experience. Key duties include supporting provider performance, advancing quality and population health initiatives, overseeing physician recruitment and onboarding, and contributing to the development of fair compensation and incentive models. Success in this role will require building strong relationships with physicians and staff, fostering a collaborative culture, and understanding local market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.The COO will need to balance clinical, operational, and financial priorities while ensuring the practice remains responsive to patient and community needs. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining high standards of quality and cost-effective care, as well as identifying opportunities for integration and innovation within the practice.
