The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will report directly to the CEO and oversee both clinical and non-clinical operations at two campuses, including Culinary Services, Clinical Operations/Compliance, Capital Projects & Facilities, and Therapy & Rehabilitation. The COO will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and strategies to improve efficiency and care delivery, while also supporting our client's One Oakwood initiative to create a consistent experience for residents. The ideal candidate will be a champion of our client's resident-focused culture and drive the evolution of the organization's culture to meet the changing needs and demographics of residents.The COO will play a key role in leading the organization towards optimal efficiency and care delivery, while also supporting the development of a seamless and consistent experience for residents across both campuses. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO to implement strategies that align with our client's mission and values, while also driving the organization's culture to meet the evolving needs of residents. The COO will be a strong leader who can effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the highest level of care and service for residents.
