The client is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) on a permanent contract to lead global industrial operations within the Aérospatiale sector. The role focuses on standardizing operational practices, improving performance, and strengthening cross-site synergies across an international manufacturing network. The COO will define and deploy a consistent, scalable operating model to drive alignment and execution at scale.
Key responsibilities include leading and coordinating global manufacturing operations across multiple international sites, driving operational performance across delivery, quality, productivity, and cost indicators, and embedding Lean management, operational excellence, and continuous improvement practices. The COO will standardize KPIs, operating methods, governance routines, and management systems, while leading global transformation and industrial optimization initiatives. The role also includes identifying and executing cross-site synergies and best-practice sharing, supporting industrial footprint optimization and capacity allocation, and partnering with executive leadership on industrial strategy and execution.
