The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to patients. The COO will also be tasked with fostering a culture of engagement and coaching among clinical staff to enhance overall patient care.Additionally, the COO will play a key role in contributing to the overall strategic direction of our client and will be accountable for ensuring efficient and effective operations. They will oversee day-to-day operations, monitor key performance indicators, and identify areas for improvement to enhance the quality of care provided.
