Entosystem is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and scale all operational activities of the organization. Reporting to the President, the COO will oversee production, engineering, maintenance, entomology, quality, and HR operations while ensuring strong health, safety, and regulatory standards. The COO will be responsible for stabilizing and improving the current plant, strengthening leadership, operational structure, and team capabilities to support future expansion in a multi-shift industrial environment.The COO will own end-to-end plant performance, establish operating rhythms and performance management systems, and enforce best-in-class standards in health, safety, and regulatory compliance. They will lead a high-performance operational organization, drive a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement, and identify and resolve operational bottlenecks. The COO will also work closely with commercial and finance teams to align operational capacity, cost structure, and growth objectives, as well as lead and execute on capital projects and expansion initiatives to support the scaling and replication of the operating platform.
