The COO & President will be responsible for expanding the scope and scale of the Social Enterprises, focusing on outcomes for participants, economic revitalization, and high-quality production.

The organization assists individuals in securing employment, developing job skills, and achieving educational and financial goals. With an operating budget of $7.5 million and 46 employees, the client's Social Enterprises, Sweet Beginnings, LLC, and the beelove caf play a crucial role in providing transitional jobs and work opportunities to those facing barriers to employment. The COO & President will be responsible for overseeing the operations of these Social Enterprises, introducing efficiencies, and fostering collaboration among teams to ensure maximum impact and profitability.
