Launch Housing is looking for a Chief Officer, Partnerships and Engagement to lead partnerships, engagement, fundraising, communications, and advocacy efforts to end homelessness. Reporting to the Chief Executive, this role will oversee all brand communications, marketing, philanthropy, partnership, and advocacy engagement activities at Launch Housing. The Chief Officer will be responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, supporters, and corporate partners, and developing strategies to engage supporters, secure funding, and ensure alignment between Launch Housing's mission and its partners' values.The ideal candidate will be a strategic and values-led executive with experience in leading partnerships, engagement, fundraising, communications, and advocacy initiatives. They will have a strong background in relationship management and a proven track record of developing and implementing successful engagement strategies. The Chief Officer will play a crucial role in driving public engagement efforts and ensuring that Launch Housing's mission to end homelessness is effectively communicated and supported by its partners.
