the client is seeking a Chief of Staff to join its team. In this role, you will work directly alongside the CEO as a force multiplier—shaping strategy, driving cross-functional execution, and representing the CEO in key moments. The position carries high visibility and involves operating across executive partnership, operational leadership, and external engagement, often requiring responsiveness in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment.
Responsibilities include serving as a trusted sparring partner to the CEO by contributing to high-level decisions, challenging assumptions, and helping clarify strategic priorities before they are set in motion. You will represent the CEO in internal and external settings, structure and drive execution through clear milestones, owners, and outcomes, and manage the operating rhythm of the CEO’s office. You will also lead planning and execution for executive leadership meetings and offsites, develop CEO-level presentations and company-wide messaging, and partner with the executive assistant to protect and optimize the CEO’s time for strategic impact.
You will lead complex initiatives that require coordination across multiple business units and senior stakeholders, identify and remove blockers, escalate risks with solutions, and build accountability systems that endure beyond your direct involvement. External responsibilities include attending key client and executive engagements alongside the CEO, building and managing relationships with important clients, partners, and investors, and designing processes to track and deepen high-value external relationships over time. Requirements include 10+ years of experience in high-intensity environments, experience in senior strategy or operations roles (including Chief of Staff, Head of Strategy, or similar), executive-grade communication, a diplomatic approach to navigating leadership dynamics, and strong AI fluency through active use of AI in your workflow; an MBA is preferred.
