the client is seeking a Chief of Staff to support the interim CEO in driving key growth initiatives across the organization. The role will contribute to developing and executing new go-to-market strategies, value creation priorities, and innovation efforts, with emphasis on product launches in new categories and improving sales and marketing funnel performance.
In this position, the Chief of Staff will regularly interface with private equity sponsors and help translate executive priorities into practical plans and follow-through. Responsibilities will typically include coordinating cross-functional work, supporting major initiatives, and ensuring initiatives align with broader organizational goals.
The ideal candidate will have two to four years of strategy consulting experience at a top-tier firm, along with three to five years of industry experience in digital health or a digital direct-to-consumer platform, or more broadly in consumer services with a digital focus. Strong strategic thinking and the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders are expected.
