Key responsibilities include overseeing executive office operations and strategic priorities, managing and mentoring executive support staff, and driving cross-functional projects and operational initiatives. The role will partner closely with leadership on scheduling and communications, coordinate complex travel, meetings, events, and stakeholder engagement, and streamline processes to improve operational efficiency. In addition, the Chief of Staff will support select personal and estate-related operations as needed, with discretion and professionalism.
The ideal candidate is a highly polished operator with experience supporting founders, CEOs, or principals in fast-paced, high-performance environments. Qualifications include strong operational and project management capabilities, exceptional communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to lead complex operations with discretion, urgency, and professionalism. Proficiency with productivity tools and collaboration platforms, as well as prior leadership experience managing executive assistants or administrative teams, is expected.
