This newly created leadership position provides global responsibility across a multi-site operation for an integrated logistics organization. The role partners with senior stakeholders to support operational safety, efficiency, and reliable performance while helping drive high-yield asset utilization across a modern, diversified fleet serving international energy logistics.
The core responsibilities include leading the Global Administration function, managing offices, facilities, and related services across multiple sites; operating the organization’s London headquarters and overseeing facilities management to ensure disciplined execution, while replicating effective practices globally; and collaborating with HR and Corporate Operations to support engagement and management of the London team both individually and collectively.
The successful candidate will bring strong corporate intelligence, a systems-thinking approach with process-building capability, and a problem-solving mindset. The role is suited to someone with senior leadership experience in operations or strategic consulting, extensive experience working directly with executive leadership, boards, and external stakeholders, and a track record of delivering complex cross-functional projects. Experience in change management, including driving organizational change and continuous process improvements, is also expected.
