The Chief of Staff will serve as an operating partner to the managing office, driving execution of enterprise strategic priorities across businesses and functions. The role combines strategy formulation, PMO rigor, and hands-on delivery, working closely with senior leadership to translate decision-making into clear plans, accountable owners, and measurable progress.
Key responsibilities include owning annual strategy and translating leadership priorities into roadmaps, milestones, and quarterly review mechanisms. The role will track execution across initiatives, proactively identify risks, and support course-correction. It will also help run commercial strategy and portfolio reviews by partnering with commercial teams on go-to-market and geographic expansion, converting market research, management information, and consumer insights into strategic inputs.
The position requires acting as an interface among Business Heads and enabling leadership for high-stakes forums, including executive offsites and board-level discussions. It will support enterprise-wide, cross-functional projects across areas such as sales, supply chain, finance, HR, and legal, with a focus on KPI alignment and data-led decision-making. The role is expected to fit candidates with deep strategy, change, and transformation experience, strong commercial acumen with P&L orientation, structured problem-solving, excellent communication and stakeholder management, and meaningful operating experience in consumer-related environments; prior experience in a chief of staff or CEO office context and advanced business education are preferred.
